Amazing sandwich at a good price - Edit
I stopped here on a road trip and picked up a rib sandwich after hearing so many good reviews. It was $10 plus tax and I could only eat a little over half of it because it was so big. I don't know what the ribs were made of, but they were delicious. I'm guessing they were soy-based. The bread was also very high quality. It was really a flawless sandwich.
Read moreI ordered online, which was very easy, and the food was ready in about 15 minutes. My only complaint is that online ordering doesn't let you pick a time and doesn't let you order beverages. I am sure I could have ordered a drink when I got there, though. They have a lot of juices.

Oh my. I was blown away by the vegan rib sandwich. The menu was extensive and service was fantastic. I will most definitely be going back.
Read moreUpdate- went back again this week. I got the sampler platter and a burger this time. Just as delicious. The staff recognized me and even remembered what I did for work and asked how it was going.
Also wanted to mention how fast the service is! I walked in, ordered, and received my food and was out the door in less than 5 mins. I was honestly blown away by how fast they were.

EVERYTHING is vegan! - Edit
What's not to love! We were greeted by incredibly friendly staff (and customers!) The owner stopped at our table to chat with us. Completely vegan menu including apps and desserts. We had the Jamaican Patty, fish sandwich, and Danny Cheese steak - all delicious!!! We will definitely visit again!

Easy access off of 95. Good service. Portions way large big huge. I had the sample platter, rib sandwich and took a hero for the road. All in all pretty good stuff. Their version of ‘meats’ is pretty impressive in texture and taste , not in a imitation way but purely original. I thought the sauces were too sweet even for barbecue to the point where it hid the value of some of their unique creations. So if you don’t like overly sweet food stay away from the sauces but do not miss stopping here!! #Veganuary

The spicy chicken was delicious and I enjoyed the crab cake and drumsticks in the sampler. We were on a road trip so we also got the Hero cold sandwich for the next day.

The food was excellent, and the staff was very kind. The spicy chicken sandwich is huge and delicious. We also ordered a classic chicken sandwich and a sampler plate (the BBQ wing and chickpea fritters were our favorites of the sampler plate items).

Eliza’s vegan cafe!! Words can express how amazing this little gem 💎 is. My experience was amazing the own was fantastic. I ordered the avocado chickpea wrap, chicken nuggets, and a blueberry limeade and everything was very flavorful and taste amazing. If you are passing through or live close by I recommend stopping in if you want amazing food and a great energy.

Everything we tried was delicious, from the drinks to the apps and main dishes. We especially enjoyed the Mac n cheese, rib sandwich, fish sandwich and lasagna. I wish I had taken more pictures, but we ate it so quickly!

Can’t rave enough about Eliza’s! - Edit
I really can’t say enough good things about Eliza’s. Having driven from Philadelphia to Florida and back multiple times I usually survive off of whatever food I pack myself and chips so I was stoked to find a fully vegan cafe right off I-95. The burger was so delicious that even my meat loving brother was raving about it. The food was delicious but the owner was even better! She was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I was so inspired by her mission to provide tasty vegan food to travelers in an area that has no other solid options. By the end of our visit we had all bought an Eliza’s vegan cafe t-shirt and the owner, being incredibly sweet, made us chicken sandwiches to go because she knew we had a long way to travel. Visit Eliza’s and leave with your belly and heart full.

Traveling I-95 and looked for health eating options when I saw Eliza’s. Super easy to get to off highway for starters. Place is clean and good was great. Had veggie dumplings and Asian veggies with rice. Both had a spicy hot kick that I loved and portions were huge. Had to take some with me. I will definitely stop again my next time I’m in the area!

Literally the biggest sandwich I've ever seen!! - Edit
WOW is an understatement!!! The rib sandwich was literally the biggest sandwich I've ever seen! I needed a third hand to eat it! There was no skimping on the filling or flavor! Even my omni husband enjoyed it. The prices are great, especially considering the portion you are getting. I ordered online and walked right in to pick it up. The atmosphere inside is very calm and inviting. I only wished I lived in Florence!!

This cafe has regulars! - Edit
Wow are we happy we decided to take a lunch break in Florence, SC. Eliza’s Vegan Cafe was busy - a great sign of delicious food and great customer care. My husband and I both ordered the chickpea pita with green goddess sauce. We both loved it. Other customers were stopping back at the counter, complimenting the delicious meals they enjoyed. We’ll definitely be making Eliza’s a regular stopping point every time we drive through Florence. We’re looking forward to sampling more of Eliza’s wonderful food.

This is hands down the best vegan food my husband and I have ever eaten. We live in CT and we're traveling and I looked up some vegan choices. The amazing reviews were not even good enough. My husband said " this is better than the chicken sandwiches I used to eat before going vegan". I wish I lived closer but I will definitely be back.

Eliza serves exceptional food! She made the avocado chickpea wrap for me and the spicy “chicken” sandwich for my partner. Every single bite was delicious. Plus, Eliza is so welcoming and her grandmother’s quotes are inspirational. Her cafe is right off the highway and so worth the stop! We’ll come here every time we’re driving through.

I was pleasantly surprised when we searched Happy Cow while driving through Florence and found Eliza's Vegan Cafe. On a typical trip from Myrtle Beach to Charlotte, we have to settle for protein bars at the gas station if we want to eat on the road. We were thrilled to find this place. The service was fantastic and the owner and staff were so welcoming and friendly. But the food was really amazing. This was the best vegan comfort food I've had in the last 10 years. I usually try to eat WFPB, but this was a splurge on a road trip. This is a great place for new vegans or for non-vegans. They won't be able to tell the difference. Between my husband and myself, we ordered the Jamaican Patty, Veggie Dumplings, Rib Sandwich, and Cheeseburger. The prices were very reasonable for the portion size. We took half of it to go. All of it was wonderful, but we are obsessed with the ribs. We may have to make another trip to Florence soon just for that sandwich.

I got a chicken basket and a bbq rib sando. Both were excellent. Sandwich was enough to feed a small family. Chicken box was about what you would expect if your familiar with a chicken box. I’m from Baltimore where you can get a meat chicken box about every other block, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen a vegan version. Very impressed. The staff is great. I think I met the owner and she was so friendly and cool. Felt right at home. The atmosphere there was super inviting. Great spot that just opened a brick and mortar so they need your support. Go order one of everything. You won’t be disappointed.

Fun food - Edit
This was a fun find on our way through town. We got the fried chicken and the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. There was no salt or spices on the fries so they didn’t have much flavor. The fried chicken was good though. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t really what we expected- it was more of a teriyaki chicken, whereas we were expected something crispy and maybe spicy. Would definitely want to go back to try some other options!
