Delicious meal! - Edit
Very good meal. But this restaurant no longer has a vegan menu. There was a vegetarian option and the chef Miguel offered to make us anything we wanted. The option on the menu was a delicious vegan gnocchi. Excellent wine and lovely atmosphere.

Fine vegan dining - Edit
We normally drive into Portland for dinner when staying n Vancouver, but we were tired last night and decided to try something different. We are so glad we did. Thus small friendly restaurant provided us with one of the best vegan meals we have had for awhile.
Read moreWe loved the carrots in mole sauce, though thought it needed more carrots. I liked the cauliflower though my wife was Les enamored. We both thought the risotto was worth a trip to Vancouver for that alone.
Vegan fast food and vegan bar food is delicious, but when you want a fine dining experience, this place is worth visiting.
Note: the vegan menu is available every night, not just Tuesday.
Pros: Excellent vegan options , Nice atmosphere , Friendly staff
Cons: Expensive , Vegan only available at dinner

Maybe the best vegan food in the greater Portland area. - Edit
We went to the Vegan Tuesday and had an incredible 5 course meal. After each course we kept saying, they can't beat that - all courses were wonderful. The vegan meringue desert was "to die for." Not only was the food delicious but the presentation was beautifully artistic. And the owner/chef came out to explain each course - we felt very special.

Upscale fine dining vegan food - Edit
Chef/owner Miguel makes creative vegan dishes using varied ingredients and unusual (and tasty!) combinations. Tuesday evening vegan night has a changing menu. On other nights vegan options are available with advance notice, but I believe he prefers a minimum of 4 people for a special menu . His food is unique and delicious! Happy hour (Weds. through Sat. 4:30 to 6:00) is affordable and especially if you call ahead, he will prepare a special vegan dish at happy hour prices. Elements is our favorite restaurant with vegan dishes in the area.

Excellent - Edit
What a great find. A group of us went here for a fresh vegan upscale 5 course dinner and it was outstanding. We came back and had a great meal last night specially prepared by the chef while we waited. We had Broccoli Romanesco and curry mung bean. Both were outstanding. It is an upscale restaurant but well worth it.
