She's Mighty Mighty - Edit
Kind of like a Qdoba or Chipotle on steroids to give you an idea, but obviously much better. Lots of vegan options to choose from for your bowls, burritos or wraps. Also has a great grab n go section. Smoothie was perfect, and they also have cookies from a local vegan baker. Great staff and atmosphere. Would reccomend. There's not many vegan options as it is, so this is a great spot.

I ate the traditional Mighty Bowl when I visited their food truck in downtown Vancouver. Make sure to specify vegan to get all that dairy out of there! Very good, similar to Cafe Yumm.
