Delicious coffee but slow service - Edit
Just ordered cold brew, but we had to wait 25 minutes! Coffee was delicious, though!

breakfast burrito & matcha - Edit
i got the vegan breakfast burrito, and an iced matcha latte with oatmilk and vanilla. both were delicious! i especially loved the chipotle mayo on the burrito, and the place itself was super cute!:) (they also have vegan pastries at some locations)

The coffee is always good, the breakfast burritos are killer (made w/ Be-Hive local products) and they even have vegan pastries.

Non dairy milk and vegan burrito - Edit
Nice cafe with outside seating. I had an iced oat milk late and the vegan burrito. Both were solid. The burrito was mostly vegan sausage, tofu, and veg cheese, which might not be for everyone.

Friendly neighborhood coffee shop - Edit
Elegy is owned by the same people who own The Fox Cocktail Bar, which also has vegan offerings. Plan to take-away or sit outside. Elegy's staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Available to order outside in the fresh air from their take away window, or step inside to take in the beautiful interior while you wait for your beverage. I really enjoy their dirty chair with oat milk. Elegy also has a vegan breakfast burrito on their food menu which I haven't yet tried, as I'm never in early enough for breakfast.
