Vegan sandwiches - Edit
Not a fancy or great place, but perfect for a quick sandwich. The seitan sandwich is fine, but not incredible. It would be great with vegan cheese and mayo. I was visiting for a conference and they're the closest to my hotel, about 10 minutes in a Lift and I was grateful they were open. I went twice. Check out Dose coffee right down the street too.

Seitan Sandwich! - Edit
Wish they carried a vegan mayo, but their vegan seitan sandwich is really good. They can also sub out the meat for seitan on most other sandwiches. My only complaint is that the sandwiches don't have a lot of sauce if vegan, but I'm sure you could figure something out.
