One Vegan Option - Edit
We stopped here for lunch after exploring the GC. I had the only vegan entree on the menu, the Beyond burger and fries. It was just okay, very bland and not enough veggies to top it with.

Restaurant has several vegan options and the waitress and chef were very accommodating. There were at least 5 options, but need to be a bit flexible.

The grilled veggie sandwich and a beyond burger are the vegan options. The veggie sandwich was poor, and seemed like an afterthought addition to the menu . I was so hungry and couldn’t eat it.
