Good option for such a small town - Edit
Panama has been kinda hard being vegan. Everything has meat or fish. This place isn’t perfect, there’s no vegan cheese and it’s a mix of vegan and vegetarian options. But the vegan hamburger was really good, it had a patty made of a mix of fried grains and veggies, tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, and avocado. It was pretty tasty after struggling to find anything other than pringles and ramen. The fries were perfectly seasoned. It was hard to communicate with the server because I know very minimal Spanish, but he knew what vegans means and double checked that I wanted it fully vegan. I went here twice because it was a solid choice. Also a street dog came up and sat with us, and was very cute.

Cozy columbian restaurant in El Valle de Anton with vegan options - Edit
Loved that the staff here is knowledgeable about vegan options. Had the Comida del dia, Arepa rellana de vegetales and Sopa de vegetales. Loved the Arepa the best. Their jugos are also very good. Definitely recommend this place.

Restaurante muy bien decorado y ambientado, cuentan con una carta bastante extensa con platos vegetarianos que se pueden hacer veganos.
Read moreIMPORTANTE: si eres vegano, especifica que lo eres y di que no quieres que lleve el plato, lo digo porque en mi caso, aunque especifiqué 2 o 3 veces que quería que fuesen veganos, de los 3 platos uno llevaba queso y el otro leche... es por eso que no lo puntúo bien, porque aunque tienen buena intención y se han esforzado en hacer opciones veganas, no parece ser que lo tengan tan en cuenta a la hora de cocinar.
Pros: Muchas opciones vegetarianas y veganas, Lugar agradable, Personal amable
Cons: Cuidado si eres vegano (lee mi comentario), Lentitud a la hora de servir

On their menu they have lots of veggie options! Make sure to specify vegan, I did but my causa still came with an egg on top sadly :(. Other than that it was so tasty and flavourful, yum! Also their juices are amazing, my favourite being Guanábana! The prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in el valle.😄The veggie empanada is also good!

You get what you pay for. The food is nicely arranged but is not flavourful. But it's great that the staff puts a lot of effort into offerung vegan options.

Colombian veggie dishes - Edit
Nice casual place with quite a few vegan and veganizable meals. We had the Peruvian meal Causa (mashed potatoes with veggies) and Arepa with veggies. Both were good, filling and the price also low compared to the rest of town. Definitely recommended!

Good vegan options - Edit
They have a separate vegetarian menu of which most of the dishes can be made vegan. Staff knows about veganism and is happy to help. We tried the hamburger and a potato dish and the food tasted good. On top of that, the food is really cheap. Recommend to check out this place, when you are in El Valle as there are not that many vegan options around.

Lots of vegetarian options. Server was familiar with vegan. Most of the food we ordered was pretty bland. Missing spice. Prices are VERY cheap. No alcohol served here.
