Good options for a decent meal - Edit
This is a low key restaurant that is on the main commercial street of El Valle de Anton that locals frequent. They have a vegetarian section on the menu and most of the items can be made vegan. We tried the Arroz Frito de Vegetales, Papa Sanchoda, Sopa de Vegetales and something not specifically mentioned, but beans and rice. The beans and rice and Sopa were my favorite. Also, loved the plantains that they served. Servers are very polite and accommodating.
