The Best! - Edit
This has been the best restaurant experience that our family could wish for. Not only the food is delicious but the whole farm is an inspiration. I thank Alex (Chef/Owner) and Claudia for being the best hosts ever. I highly recommend everyone to visit.

Un menu nouveau chaque semaine et même des semaines thématiques. Quand j'y étais c'était la semaine sévillane ! Des plats entièrement vegan, cuisinés parfaitement et très originaux.
L'équipe est super gentille, le chef nous a fait partager son histoire et passion pour la préservation des animaux et son amour de la cuisine.

Loved this place, it is immersed in nature in the countryside. Inside they have a garden where they cultivate veggies, fruits and herbs. The menu changes every week. They use local ingredients but also some meat alternatives like heura. The cost is definitely worth it considering that it also includes wine, water and dessert. I also loved the people working there, they were all nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Fuerteventura.

I really can't stress enough how important it is for you to go here when on Fuerteventura!! Once in a lifetime dining experience. With the garden, the fresh, local food and the most adorable hosts we loved every minute of our stay and still talk about it! It's a five course meal with one accompanied drink (but the drinks are reasonably priced anyways, so don't worry). Every course had its own unique flavour and we tried to taste every ingredient out of these creative compositions. We left happy with full hearts and belly, and would have paid the the price with no remorse. 5/5 is not enough!

This was such a great experience! The food is home grown and it really shows in the taste. Vegetables have never tasted this good. The owner is lovely and works here with his 2 daughters and the staff are so passionate about what they do and take the time to explain everything to you. They really make you feel special here. We even got a tour of the gardens which have fish and turtles ❤️

Make sure you read the directions before you drive here. I didn’t and spent 10 minutes looking for the restaurant. It’s off the main road behind another restaurant and up a track. You walk from the car past the gardens and you can see the vegetables that you may well soon be eating. A Green oasis in the volcanic landscape. There are two eating areas in the restaurant and both look pleasant. The menu is a set menu of about five courses. The menu changes every week and for us first up was some pakoras which were lovely. Followed by a rather vegan tuna large salad then a soup which may have been the other way around. So far all of the courses were great. Then the main which was a mushroom lasagna again very very nice. Finally a brownie with a Gofio sort of ice cream. Ask of the courses were lovingly put together and very tasty. The chef seemed to come out and introduce himself to each table which was a nice touch. There is a little surprise when you get dessert as well. Staff attentive and prices were very reasonable. A top experience. Make sure you book.

El invernadero has a true commitment with the environment and the world. Their menu changes on a weekly basis, depending on what fruits and vegetables are available from their own homegrown garden. They offer a menu combining a number of dishes (6 in total on our visit) as a very reasonable (incredibly cheap) price. If you are paying a visit to the island, you have to visit this place. There is a story behind almost every ingredient. Do not forget to try the editable flowers, often used to decorate the plates. It will be hard (if not impossible) to forget the taste of the dishes. Just PERFECT 🌱

We loved this place! The only place we found with a full vegan menu in the island. Quality homemade dishes with local homegrown products. It is family run business, they grow their own veggies in the garden by the restaurant. We will come back for sure!

We went there between Christmas and NYE. We made a reservation upfront as they served a menu. It was completely vegan. They have a greenhouse and a backyard garden from which they took many ingredients. The food was delicious - definitely recommended to have a great experience.

This place is magical! We enjoyed everything here. The atmosphere was so romantic and the food was excelleny. Its all local ingredients and they grow most of it on the farm. They were all attendant and caring and showed us the garden. Everything is vegan and its all environmental energy through solar panels.

The restaurant offered a 6 course menu totally vegan (and most of it gluten free as well). The menu changes every week depending on the seasonal products that grow in their own garden. The food tasted absolutely amazing, with a lot of flowers and herbs. It was a total experience and the best food we had in a long time. We walked around in their garden which was nice to see! The waiter also advised us to go to Happy Cactus and La Sombra on the island, but unfortunately we flew the next morning so we were not able to do that.

Definitely a must visit on the island! Walking through their garden where they grow many ingredients for their menu is an experience on its own. So beautiful green contrast to the dry rocky nature of Fuerteventura. And the food doesn't stay behind. We were extremely pleased with the taste and quality. Their menu changes weekly and if we would stay longer we would go every single week. This is one of the best thing on the island, look no further and go!
