We stopped off in Puerto del Rosario on route to airport to kill time.
Read moreThere's not much to be had by way of vegan food here, in fact, the whole of Fuerteventura was very poor for vegan eateries, although there are some gems.
This place was good, a popular eatery, but with limited choice.
All freshly prepared and decent portions.

Several vegan/ vegetarian options - Edit
I'm not a vegetarian, but I travel with a Hindu vegetarian - veggie but no eggs. We found veggie and vegan options in each section of the menu. We shared the vegetarian assortment which comprised onion rings, cheddar balls, spinach and pine nut croquettes, grilled padron peppers and Canarian wrinkled potatoes. Service was friendly and helpful
