Finally we found nice food - Edit
We have been travelling through the north of Spain and have been struggling to find nice vegan food. Have also been trying 100% vegan restaurants but the food just wasn’t good and lacked a good relation price/quality.

We had 2 menus del dia for 13€ each. There was no vegan desert, but we asked to replace it with edamame and it was no problem for them.
There is a vegan ramen (ask for eggless noodles) and vegan noodles. Nice!
You MUST try the apple gyoza! Amazing. This could even be the replacement for the vegan dessert.

Fui por el ramen vegano y no quedé en absoluto decepcionada. Es un cuenco gigante de un ramen vegano sabrosísimo. Merece mucho la pena.

Restaurante de fusión japochina especializados en ramen. A pesar de que hay pocas opciones vegetarianas y veganas, tienen “un plato de cada tipo”: un ramen vegetal riquísimo con opcion a quitarle el huevo, yakisoba con verduras y varios entrantes: gyozas de manzana, bao vegetal.

En la carta pone que hay opciones veganas, pero los fideos son de huevo, los bao llevan huevo y no hay opción de cambiar por otro tipo de fideos. La camarera nos preguntó si no nos importaba comer fideos de huevo...Son opciones vegetarianas y no hay opción vegana. Nos tuvimos que ir..

Asian delight in downtown Burgos - Edit
Cute little spot in downtown Burgos! Although not a vegan restaurant, vegan items are clearly labeled on the menu. Vegan options include ramen, gyozas and yakisoba noodles (I think they also had some vegetarian options, but these were not labeled). I tried the yakisoba noodles and they were good! The staff were friendly and the place was lovely decorated. I read on their Facebook page that they were temporarily closed due to repairs, so double check before heading there!
