Clearly labeled items; friendly staff - Edit
We were struggling to find places with outdoor seating that were vegan-friendly in Burgos during lunchtime, and this is a good option. They offer a few tapas that are clearly labeled as vegan, and they made us a vegetable paella off the menu, which was very nice of them. Food was tasty, and the service was quite fast.

Fui un día y vi que ofrecían guacamole (creo recordar que no había más opciones), y la sensación que tuvimos es que habían cogido el guacamole del mercadona y lo habían volcado en un bowl y unos nachos de bolsa en otro bowl
