best Mexican food in Vegas - Edit
It's worth the drive to This Little Gem tucked away and old Henderson. Your non-vegan friends will never know it's vegan, delicious complimentary chips and salsa the chili relleno sauce is to die for. They offer horchata and have some delicious posole.

My favorite restaurant - Edit
This is mine and my husband’s favorite vegan restaurant in all of Las Vegas and Henderson and we’ve tried them all. The quality of food is amazing and the prices are great. I have confirmed that the restaurant is fully vegan despite that it is listed as vegetarian. There is no dairy or eggs in the building.

Enjoyed my Vegan lunch at El Cactus. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Everything on their menu is Vegan, which is nice. The ordering process is interesting... sit at your booth, look at the menu, go to the counter to order, then the food is brought to your table. Good portions. Nice quality ingredients. Many menu choices. Enjoy!!!

New Fav Vegan Mexican Place - Edit
We absolutely love this place. My family and I visited here recently and even my non vegan mom loved it. Their menu covers most of the Mexican classics and delicious. The atmosphere is really charming and clean. I love the fun colors. The staff is SO nice. They also offer the Impossible AND Beyond Meat Burger. Come and get .99c tacos on Tuesday!

We went there today and had the enchiladas - very tasty. Restaurant just opened a few weeks ago - they still are in process of setting up. Prices reasonable. When I asked if the items were Vegan - the employee said everything was vegan - including cheese and sour cream.
