Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican restaurant which does not use lard in the re-fried beans or dairy in the guacamole. Vegan dishes include vegetable fajitas, bean burritos, bean tostada, bean taco and bean chimichanga, all ordered without cheese or sour cream. Please note that the beans are vegan, but the rice is not (contains chicken fat). Open Tue-Sat 9:00am-9:00pm, Sun 9:00am-8:00pm. Closed Mon.

Do not recommend

No vegan options. Can get bean burrito without cheese or double veggie fajitas. Terrible service-wouldn’t recommend.

Cons: Long wait time, poor service , No vegan options , Very limited vegetarian options

Vegan? Not so much.

I grew up right by this place and ate here as a vegetarian. (There rice has chicken fat.) Lardless beans are no reason to eat at a place as there are so many places with lardless beans.
I've spoken to the daughter that manages the place about making it a more vegan friendly place and she was absolutely not interested. I admit this conversation took place a while back but because of her reaction even just to the suggestion of being more vegan friendly...nah. I'm going to have to hear it from the horse's mouth. There food is excellent if you're a vegetarian, (or meat eater for the rice,) but I'm personally not interested in eating at a restaurant that refuses to even consider evolving.

Pros: Delicious food; family owned.

Cons: Not really vegan friendly.

Poor Responsiveness

I would love to give a good review. My veggie burrito was good, however my friend's order was not. Her taquitos did not have the typical cheese filling. They only had meat. She told the waitress, and the waitress agreed that taquitos without the typical cheese isn't very good, yet did not offer to rectify the problem. If you have omnivore friends like me, you probably like to eat where you are both satisfied with food and service. Caveat emptor

Go to for Mexican

Love that the beans are vegan and there’s a lot of vegan and vegetarian options.

Pros: Refried beans are made without lard, Guacamole is made without dairy, Red enchilada sauce is amazing
