Tasty and healthy in a cute little place. Vegan combo except dessert so skipped that. Warm roll was nice as was pineapple juice drink. Worth the walk from my hotel.

Affordable veggie / vegan food, local atmosphere. Food is nothing crazy but its well balanced. Daily menues are cheap and portions are generous.

I had the menu of the day which was a salad, soup and main dish of rice and a stew. With this was 2 small bread rolls and a cooldrink. Very satisfying and 100% vegan. Came to $105.

Great Veggie Find in Merida - Edit
Located in a more residential community El Arbol is a good find. You get a full meal - salad (choice of fruit or vegetable), a bowl of soup, a main dish and a large drink (I was given a refill without any extra charge) all for $68MEX. Good deal and very tasty.
Read moreAlso if you go to that area on Saturday morning there is an organic market (Slow Food Market) on the corner of Avenida Reforma and one block north of Avenida Colón (calle 33D). AND west down the block is an organic cafe (Café Orgánico). BONUS.
Pros: Good Pricing, Good Food, Comfortable atmosphere
