WOW. Organic vegan food! - Edit
Completely blown away by the food here. I ordered a platter of 6 choices for takeaway yesterday for the first time and the food was so full of flavour and fresh. Every single portion was delicious. My favourite was the Macaroni pie! They also have biodegradable take away boxes and cutlery.

My sister bf and I got the sharing platter (I think it’s called) and it was so tasty! Massive portions and you get to choose which dishes you would like included. Can’t wait to go back for another Caribbean feast!

Eat of Eden offers a wide range of vegan dishes. The portions are big and affordable, great value for money!
Read moreI visited on an early Sunday afternoon. The little restaurant was very busy and I probably spent about 15 minutes in the queue to get in. Once at the counter, I was informed that they’d already run out of the central ingredient of the dish I was planning to order, but the person behind the counter was very helpful by suggesting alternatives.
In the end, I decided on the Callaloo Wrap and grabbed a seat at one of the big sharing tables outside. In what felt like no time at all, they brought out my food. It was plenty and had lots of veggies in it – so tasty and certainly worth the wait.
I’d suggest to eat here when it’s quieter. Also, pick a nice day, because indoor seating is limited!
Pros: affordable, big portions
Cons: small restaurant (limited seating), can get very busy

BEST CARIBBEAN FOOD IN LONDON - Edit
This is the best vegan caribbean restaurant in London. Great service - staff was very friendly and welcoming. You really felt at home. On top of that the food was absolutely ridiculously unreal. I ordered the Eden platter where you choose 8 different components. Sort of a tasting plate for when you can't decide and just want a bit of everything. The portion was huge and I only managed to finish half of the plate. On top of that you can take the remainder of the food home so you don't waste anything. Last but not least I am satisfied with the quality and quantity of food I got for what I had paid. They also contribute to the local community which makes it more desirable to spend my money on this great food. This is a must if you find yourself in or around Brixton, South London. Or you will miss out! This is truely a great experience and a great option if you want to try out the greatness that is caribbean flavours.

I don’t even like sweet potatoes! - Edit
Fantastic little vegan restaurant. I got the bean burger which was SCRUMPTIOUS as well as the sweet potato fries which were amazing and I don’t even like sweet potatoes. My friend got the chickpea curry with brown rice and seaweed fritta - tasted great too!

Delicious sharing platter - Edit
The food here is so good and tastes home cooked. The only cons I have are that the service is quite slow and the food is expensive. With that being said it’s definitely worth it. The food is so warming and filling. It reminds me of home, growing up in the Caribbean.

Rude cashier - Edit
We are Wed 26th July and my friends and I have just had dinner at Eat of Eden and we were very disappointed.
Read moreWe are regular clients and so far we were quite satisfied with the food and service but we won't be going back because the cashier lady was rude and aggressive this evening.
First the food only came 50 minutes after we ordered and we had to remind the staff twice that we were waiting. When the food was finally served, one dish was missing and was cold (burger and wrap). Also the clients who ordered after us were all served before us.
Therefore I decided to let the cashier lady know as I was told by the waiter she was quite senior. This is when the experience became worse. She became aggressive and told me that I should have read what was written on the shop (that the food takes to cook). I explained that 50 minutes seems a bit long and that almost all the clients that arrived after were served before us. And that it seems they forgot us. But she said they didn't do anything wrong and we can leave if we are not happy. I wanted to speak to the manager but she started ignoring me.
It is really a shame as I liked this restaurant and was recommending it to my vegan friends.

Amazing! - Edit
A quick bite before a concert last night turned into a feast. We had the platter for two leaving the staff to choose what went on the plate. It was a fabulous selection and huge!!! So good. Not cheap - about £28 for both of us but worth every penny. Will definitely be back. 11/10

Waited so long to get a slice of cake to go! There’s no air circulation inside! Plus side when the weather is good you can enjoy waiting for your order or eat outside. Desserts are expensive for what they are!

I can't recommend it enough. Definitely go if you're in the area.

I come all the way across the river for this place 🤣. Love their vegan Guinness punch 😍😍😍😍😍. I usually get the platter but I’ve had the burger which was banging and a few of the patties. Their Mac n cheese is really good and I love the new wheat mheat included in the platter!! U get soooo much food so I eat some in then take the rest home. Have also met a few people by waiting and eating in (it’s very intimate)
