Amazing Food! - Edit
An upscale gastropub. Great food, atmosphere and service. They have a separate vegan menu that your server will bring out if you ask for it. There were 8-10 items on it but our server said the chefs will make the regular menu items plant-based by substituting ingredients.

Pros: The vegan pad Thai was excellent! Nice heat!, The Mediterranean salad was very good!
Cons: Reservations are hard to get., The bar is sometimes a little crowded.

Good for groups - Edit
I went to Draft with a group which needed a place with a vegan menu and a kids menu. We were seated and given menus, but the physical menu did not include the vegan menu. To view the vegan menu I had to go online. This is disappointing because how are patrons supposed to know vegan options exist unless they look at the website? The menu says "vegetarian/vegan" menu. Some items specifically say they are vegan, others don't have vegan in the name but say they have vegan cheese so it is unclear if they are actually vegan or not. Of the three clearly labeled vegan items, two are made with a Beyond Burger. I've eaten here twice and both times the food has been just okay. This place is good for groups because there is something to please everyone, but if you are looking for an impressive meal this is not the place.

Draft and Urban Modern Kitchen are owned by the same people I think, and I have to ask for the vegan menu when I go to UMK. I don't know why they don't just hand them out with the regular menus, it's so weird to have a secret vegan menu. At least at UMK they are printed and laminated, it's just not given by default.

Vegan Pad Thai - Edit
The vegan pad Thai was delicious. The seating was pretty cramped where we sat, awkward table layout. Vegan menu is hidden online, but has a fair amount of options.
