Vegan breakfast - Edit
At the Doolin Cafe there is with a breakfast only one vegan option. The breakfast consists of fried potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, ratatouille and toast. But I'm not sure if the toast is vegan! The staff was friendly and the cafe was busy.

Really friendly staff and great food they were able to substitute most menus items for a vegan option without compromising flavours.

Vegan options if you ask😄 - Edit
Nice little cafe, friendly staff. The options on the menu aren't vegan but can be made vegan. It's limited but I'd rather have two good choices than twenty. The pasta didn't have much flavor but we we're very hungry. The Fuccacia was actually really nice.

Over priced and under seasoned - Edit
Found this place touring around one evening and vowed to return early the following morning to sample the breakfast. The setting is lovely and I can't fault the cosy nature of the cottage. The Deli counter had a good selection of Vegan options including desserts which looked appetising but I decided to sample the vegan breakfast.
Read moreUnfortunately the food did not live up to our expectations, the portions were very small (and consequently the meals expensive) and I found mine to be very underseasoned and underwhelming. The Vegan option was unimaginative and didn't come with any rasher/sausage/pudding or anything of that nature. I also thought it was odd that vegan butter wasn't available when Vegan toast was on the menu.
We stayed in the Cliffs Of Moher Hotel the following night and I had their Vegan option for breakfast the following morning; it was essentially the same breakfast but was much more enjoyable and I would suggest worth the trip as Liscannor is only a ~15min drive from Doolin.
Pros: Quite a few Vegan options
Cons: Bland breakfast, Expensive considering the portions

Unfair portions - Edit
Nice, but expensive for what it is. I went here with my husband recently. Pricing is ridiculous here. The cost of the vegan breakfast is the same price as the Full Irish breakfast, which is annoying, considering you get almost the same things on both MINUS the meat for the vegan menu. It's ridiculous pricing. Vegan sausages are not expensive in Ireland (about €2.50 for a pack of 6!!!). There is no excuse for not providing more substance to the vegan menu, especially considering we are paying the same price as the meat-eaters!! I felt robbed here. We had just 1 sausage, a small amount of beans, a spoonful of cooked spinach, vegan toast, a few slices of mushrooms, and a chopped tomato all for a whopping €10. Meanwhile meat-eaters were given a feast. Absolutely joke of how they price things here. Either provide more on the vegan menu, or reduce the price by at least half. It is WAY over-priced. On the positive side, the woman who runs the place is very friendly.

Good value vegan options - Edit
Was such a relief to find this place. Offers a vegan burger and a couple other things and you can add salad which makes it a decent healthy meal. Good fast service and very reasonable price.

love the vegan burger here - Edit
Fantastic place - friendly and fabulous food. My favourite is the vegan burger - that alone deserves 5 stars . Only reason my review hasn’t given 5 stars here is that happy cow won’t allow you give 5 stars if the place isn’t fully vegan. They are so nice here and willing to make anything they can vegan . Open from mid March usually until end of September ( usually in October it’s usually just weekends ) ***check their Facebook for more up to date info . Closed on Tuesdays . A must to stop here along Wild Atlantic Way !

Proper Vegan Irish Breakfast - Edit
Great place to grab a vegan version of this Irish staple. Comes with refillable tea/coffee and vegan toast. Though they don't have vegan butter, they provide homemade preserves. There are also a number of seeet and savory vegan items in the deli case and some local packaged goodies for sale. Wonderful atmosphere.

Delicious Vegan food! - Edit
Stopped here for morning tea on the way to the Doolin caves and it was delicious! They have a vegan/vegetarian menu with quite a number of options and have sweet treats as well. I had a granola muffin type sweet and it was so nice and also grabbed a brownie for the road. Highly recommend this place if you're near by.
