Not bad. Decent little vegan bowl and smoothies, plus non-dairy milk options (soy & almonds when we went) for lattes, cappuccino, etc.

Nice to find a place offering vegan options in the Azores - Edit
The island is not very vegan-friendly, so we considered ourselves lucky to find this place and were grateful they offered nice vegan options on their menu.
Read moreAs you can see on the pictures, the food was very well presented, although I wouldn't say it was the best lunch of our lives. It did the job nonetheless!

Disappointing - Edit
The burger was dry, the sweet potato chips were burned, and the milkshake was not tasty at all, and bitter. I added 2 sugars and it didn't really helped.

Good burger - Edit
We had lunch here and the experience was good. The vegan burger was tasty, the sweet potato chips somewhat too salty. The vegan milkshake was nice as well. Service was a bit slow.

Extraordinary - Edit
My wife and I found this little gem on a rainy day. The food was delicious, particularly the Quinoa and Sweet Potato Chili. The beer offered was a local brew which my wife enjoyed very much. Highly recommend.

Lunch - Edit
Good service. Many choices on the menu. Chili bowl and curry bowl were tasty. No vegan dessert available. 40 minute wait for the vegan board so we dropped that part of the order.

Has vegan options (when your lucky) - Edit
Small Cafe in Ponta Delgada's inner city. Went there to get some food. The Menue offers about 6-7 vegan dishes. Sounds good, in case they still have them. We had to change our order three times because the dishes weren't available. In the end we had a Falafel-Wrap with Salad / Fries, which tasted quite good. The vegan milkshake was also good, the coffee too.

Maybe a 2.5 - Edit
Came here twice. I left after waiting for half an hour with nobody taking the order although there were only 3 occupied tables.
Read moreThe second time I came I ordered the vegan platter, which is mediocre at best and way too expensive for what is served. Service was slow and waitresses did not seem like they wanted to be there. One positive thing is that vegan options are very clearly marked on the menu.
The location is great as it is smack in the center of the city but this cafe could improve on many fronts. I would not come back here unless I absolutely had to.

I stopped by because I wanted a sweet break and asked for their vegan desserts, but they do not have any vegan desserts even if it’s on their menu. Absolutely not recommended

Disappointed when not expecting much - Edit
We came for a simple breakfast. Service was slow and not communicating. Coffee and soda took 30 minutes. They were out of hummus so I had to switch to a vegan black bean burger (as stated in the menu). However, the burger did not have a single bean in it, the avocado was missing and so was the dressing. The sweet potato chips were soft and felt old. Overall not enjoyable and dry.

Not great, not sure it really was vegan - Edit
Our lunch there started in a strange way. Even though, they have a huge vegan menu written on the wall, we were told that it was not available but everything on the paper menu (much less options!) was available.
Read moreWe both choosed the vegan burger. It's made with a "bolo levedo" (similar to an english muffin) as the bread, a patty of black bean, avocado, tomato and lettuce. The side was either sweet potatoes chips or salad (lettuce and tomatoes).
Let's start with the side : the salad came without any dressing and tomatoes tasted like nothing. For the chips, they were SO greasy and again tasted bland.
The burger also tasted very bland (how is that possible!). The patty looked more like a pancake, it was chewy. The avocado had some black spots... It had no sauce because you're supposed to choose one that come on the side. My partner choosed the tomato and basil sauce, it tasted a bit fermented, not sure it was meant to taste like that...
When we ordered, I didn't noticed the burger came in a "bolo levedo". When it arrived, I became suspicious of the burger not being vegan because of the bread. In supermarkets, all "bolos levedos" I've seen contain eggs, milk and butter. So I asked the waitress about it, she asked in the kitchen and the only answer was "we don't know"...
We were the only clients during almost all our meal and we understood why : the food is terrible!
