Vegan celery root based pastrami sandwiches

Had the o.g. and Reuben vegan pastrami sandwiches. Both were very well prepared. My favorite was the o.g. and my wife's was the Reuben. The homemade rye bread is thick and soft. Was worth the long wait. Next time will order ahead.
