Disappointing, watered down smoothies - Edit

I'm sorry but if you are a real health food fan, you might be disappointed. I cannot speak for any of the other dishes or drinks, however the smoothies we bought were really quite watered down and did not have much substance in them. I am used to making smoothies as meal replacements, whilst still drinkable, and I had to actually throw my smoothie away from here as it was just too watery. I didn't think to ask them how thick the smoothies are because the signage of the place led me to believe that these guys know how to make a proper health drink. So overpriced for what they were. Also felt that the guy serving was quite disinterested and didn't really know his stuff, as well as perhaps a little sneaky. He sold me a babycino for $2.80 without telling me that is what it costs, or offering me the option to have it for free (like so many other places do) by using milk already warmed up. It took me questioning the cost for him to offer a refund, though I am grateful he did. I could have returned the smoothies later also and asked for a refund but I didn't want to make any more of a fuss, and instead I thought I should put an honest review up as I don't want others to make the same expensive mistake I did. At least not people who know what a real smoothie is and don't want to be ripped off by a drink that is just a little synthetic tasting powder whizzed up with mostly liquid and not much solid stuff, making it a high Glyceamic Index nightmare!
