Good food, nice vibe, ok cake - Edit
This is an all gluten-free facility with plenty of well labeled to vegan options. I visit Tucson once a year and I had never been here before. Their food and cakes look delicious online so I ordered a birthday cake for my brother from here. The cake was beautiful, but in my opinion, not very good. We got red velvet with vegan buttercream. The cake was dry to me and a bit chewy and more pink than red. The frosting was overly sweet. But the rest of my family, who is neither gluten-free or vegan really loved it all so it may be a matter of personal taste. When we went to pick up the cake. I ate there with my two and four-year-old. We got a delicious sugar cookie to eat while we waited for food. My kids split a breakfast bowl (served all day) with fake egg, potato, avocado, and cheese. One of my kids (2 yo) didn’t like it but she’s a picky eater and my other kid ate it all and asked for more. I got the chickpea salad pictured and it was fabulous. The vibe inside was really chill, their bakery case had plenty of well labeled vegan options, the menu has four solid vegan options, and the staff was very nice. Their cake was absolutely beautiful as well.

Great for vegans or wheat allergic - Edit
While visiting for the holidays, I bought some rolls and an apple pie here. I’m allergic to wheat and was delighted with the number of vegan, gluten free options.

A go to spot when I visit Tucson - Edit
I have visited here many times over my various trips to Tucson. I recommend getting their baking mixes if you’re someone like me who hates buying so many different gluten free flours to bake with. I like the muffin mix and brownie mix. Their peanut butter cookie is a go to for me and today I also found out that their banana bread is also vegan! They have a menu for breakfast and lunch but I have never gotten a meal here.

Coffee, Sandwich and MORE - Edit
I was denied access to another competitor around the corner because political views regarding CV19. I found "dedicated" by happenstance;) and what a wonderful surprise. The gluten free sourdough was delicious and had excellent texture. The bakery offered rosemary bread and several others made fresh in house. They had a bad bunch of cucumbers the day I visited and up scaled me to an avocado for FREE!! ONE of my diet staples. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The coffee was one of the MOST flavorful and bold I have had in a long time. YUM!! Delicious! Thank you!! The sandwich was fresh and very tasty. The chickpea salad - a 2 oz serving - was delightfully tasty and amazing! The salad was chickpeas, artichoke hearts, black olives and the dedicated secret seasonings. Although I arrived very hungry, nearly famished, the small sandwich and sides were completely satisfying. It was perfectly portioned. Definitely an indication of quality products. The most impressive aspect was the brown paper bag with a tote handle that allowed for reuse! Definitely forethought and sustainability went into the company profile. Thank you for that little tiny point of awareness!
