Great Belgium style fries - Edit
If you are a little bit tired of rice as your only source of carbs or just fancy some good fries as a snack, this place is a gret option ;). The fries are very good as they are fried twice like Belgium style ones. Sadly they only offer vegan Mayo as a dip. It is very good Mayo though.

Unfortunately the restaurant we originally wanted to go to was closed, so De Frites Staan was a quick option just next door.
Read moreFor food, they only serve French fries. The only vegan option is the vegan mayonnaise. Fries and mayo tastes really good.
The regular size is good for two people to share, if you are not super hungry.
They have a few seats inside. To sit inside you have to order one drink a person.

Excellent thick fries and Belgian beer - Edit
I loved the Belgian style pomme fritte and Saison on tap. Nice and cool inside but one drink minimum per seat; the fries come out really hot though so indoor seating was welcome. Vegan mayo had a great taste. Wish they had an option for vegan mayo with truffle oil… it would be so easy!

Tiny little bar that does different types of fries and alcohol. Can take away or dine in, have to purchase minimum of one drink to eat in. Has a vegan mayo which was really good, and the fries servings were massive!

Read moreThey offer a vegan mayonaise to the fries as well as some snacks and appetizers (pickles, olives, nuts). Because i don‘t drink beer, i can not say if the beer is vegan but you can get vegan soft drinks (cola, ginger ale) as well.
It is located just across from the vegan restaurant Ain Soph. So it is an alternative when Ain Soph is overcrowded or closed and you‘re nearby.
It is a bit pricy just for fries but they are extremely delicious and the portions are very large.
Pros: English service, Nice friendly staff, Chilled atmosphere
