Super tasty vegan ramen. The shiitake bao was also super good. It's a bit weird whe the waiter asks you if you want the vegan ramen with egg or not (I guess is an extra since it's not listed in the ingredients)

Ramen vegetariano con opción vegana muy muy recomendable. Para mi, el mejor ramen de Valencia. El personal es super amable, las gyozas de verduras estan espectaculares y el local es pequeño pero muy acogedor. Volveremos sin duda.

Great vegan ramen and vegan sushi! They also had other good-looking vegan items we didn't try. If you want the ramen vegan, order the vegan ramen and be sure to specify no egg. The prices were a little high compared to some other restaurants, but the flavors were so good. It's definitely worth a special treat.

nearly the whole right column was vegan, they had bao buns, sushi and soba noodles. the foods were very flavourful and presented absolutely beautifully. i only wish they had a vegan ramen option but unfortunately they dont yet!
