Good Lunch-Dinner Vegan Options for an Omni Restaurants - Edit
We are staying at the LondonHouse and found the main restaurant, LH 21 & 22, to have several well-executed but expensive vegan options. If you want a rooftop bar experience, there are several vegan options on the menu.
Read moreHINT: make reservations well in advance for an outdoor roof top table! We ate lunch indoors and could easily find three or four tasty, sounding vegan options on the menu.
The thing we really appreciate it about these vegan options is that whoever created the menu had thought, through all parts of the dish rather than merely replacing for example, a beef burger with a Vegan Patty. We have been to so many Omni restaurants that attempt to serve a beyond patty on a non-vegan bun with non-vegan sauces. We got a vegan beyond burger that is probably the best vegan burger I’ve had in an Omni restaurant. it was served with caramelized, onions, pickles, vegan American cheese, & a special sauce made with veganize on a vegan brioche bun. Other vegan options, included vegan tacos, a Mediterranean plate with optional falafels, and an entrée salad. Sometimes, when we travel, we really want the convenience of a tasty, vegan food right inside the hotel, and if this location served the need perfectly, although, as with much hotel food, it was pricey. Also, if you want a Chicago rooftop bar experience and plan ahead, so you can get a table, this rooftop bar can offer tasty vegan options.
