I sent a notice to Happy Cow but the update hasn't been published. So sad.
It was right by the tragic incident that was in the news and disappeared. Months have gone by and I haven't found a new location.

There are two vegan bowls on the menu: tofu hummus bowl and beyond meat taco bowl. At the time of review, the second option was not yet available. I've tried the tofu hummus bowl, with a side of roasted veggies, several times and it has beautiful flavors. The naver site states the produce is sans pesticides. The tofu-hummus is rich and creamy, and full of garlic. The roasted veggies are perfectly seasoned and taste like candy. The salad bowl on its own is a satisying and flavorful meal containing greens, barley, a big dollop of hummus, red pepper, cauliflower, green beans, sauteed mushrooms, chickpeas, and avocado. It has a bit of kick to it, and you can use the hummus as dressing, or add the white wine and oil lemon garlic dressing it comes with.
I have ordered the green juice and the beet juice and they are both very nice too.
I will keep asking about the beyond meat taco bowl-- hopefully it will materialize as a real option soon.
