Subtle tasty flavors

First visit! I picked up a few things to take home and try. The cream puff bread was nom nom - super scrumptious. Also tried their brownie, which wasn't oversweet, with a just rich enough flavor and nice texture. Lastly, the multigrain bread, which was very enjoyable combined with vegan butter-- a bit spongey but had substance. Also bought granola-- it's a good option.

It is really nice to find a bakery with a variety in the neighborhood. Will be back!

** Returned, quite some time later and bought a big haul of goodies.
It's high end but spectacular and worth it. That soy cream bread pulled me back. Bought two delightful loaves of black rice flour bread, a mini chocolate muffin, these amazing poppyseed muffins. Immaculate.

Soft bread and sweet treats

This bakery produces a variety of bakery items, ranging from unsweetened bread loaves to smaller, sweet bakery items.

They offer sourdough breads with whole grain and seeds, which remind me of certain European breads. The taste is a little different, though, generally softer and more springy (many Koreans prefer such a texture).
The sweet bakery items include madeleines, cookies, scones and scone sandwiches.
I tried the madeleines and they were surprisingly good, didn't actually taste vegan and made me suspicious lol...

What I had so far was delivered by mail (express 1-day delivery), but since everything was packaged into plastic, the bread arrived soggy and soft. I have yet to go to the bakery on location, hoping to get a better impression!

Pros: bread: ok, madeleines: good

Cons: bit pricey
