Excellent Vietnamese in East Sac!

The majority of the menu is really veg friendly.

Had a tremendously good tofu vermicelli bowl (bun thit nuong). Specify vegan to get an alternative to the fish sauce.

Had some of the best crispy veggie spring rolls I've ever had and terrific service from a team that understands what vegan means.
