The staff was not super knowledgeable of the allergens in the food, but they did go in the back and look at ingredients for me. The copper sauce has lemon juice (allergy to lemon) so I ordered the TLT with bo sauce add Avocado- chili fries and it was all delicious! I want to come back and try the Flatbreads because they look tasty!!

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Great menu that spans all day breakfast items, bowls, burgers, etc. Our group enjoyed a couple different gluten free breakfast bagel sandwiches, a couple of the bowls, and a burger. Even came back later in the afternoon for almond milk matchas, and a smoothie. Definitely worth a visit if you are downtown!

Great fast casual fare, with lots of options both healthy and less healthy. We had the Nashville Hot, falafel wrap, chili cheese fries, and Aztec bowl, plus smoothies, coffee cake and brownie. Everything was great. They also had live music while we were there. Didn’t take pics unfortunately but took pics of the place after.

Had Copper Branch in Europe and it was fantastic so I thought I would try it again in Nashville. I don’t know what they do differently, but the black bean burger was soooo bland. It was basically a black bean patty with a piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato. Not to mention they didn’t put an extra patty on like I requested ($3.50 extra) and the sweet potato wedges that come with the combo were just as bland as the burger. No flavor and overpriced.

What a joy to go to a vegan restaurant in the deep South and not be served faux vegan meats that have been deep fried. This menu was chalkful of fresh delicious items. Everything was tasty and plentiful – the servings are huge. I’m only in town two days but plan on trying this again!

I am in town for work right down the road and was excited to find a place that has so many GF options so close by. I usually struggle to find a place that has at least 1 option, but this place had several which made me very excited, including several great deserts.

My family and I don't get to downtown Nashville often, so this was a pleasant surprise and much-needed change from the various BBQ and Fried food venues. I am not a vegetarian or vegan, but I enjoy healthier options.
Read moreMy wife and I tried the Copper Bowl and Aztec Bowl and it was amazing, so flavorful, and delicious. I still can't believe the protein was plant based. My two kids (12 and 16) who tend to be picky eaters, actually devoured their meal as my oldest had the BBQ pizza and the youngest had their tenders. While we were there, they also had some musicians playing which was a great as they were playing original music. The staff was friendly and loved the design of the place.
The parking was also nice as we parked in the Library and was able to enter the restaurant through there and get our parking validated, which was not something I knew the Library did.
overall 10 out of 10, a great find and we will be back.

Needless to say, great vegan joint in downtown Nashville!!! I had the Greek falafel wrap, the black bean burger, and the burrito. All had excellent flavor, and 100 percent plant based. If you are in town, give this place a try.

We ordered in and it was a huge disappointment. The bagels are really sad, and it didn’t even come toasted. We were missing items. The sandwich was small and flavorless. The burrito was decent but not melted and not much there either. It’s just not worth it with so many better options in this city.

The store manager invited me to give it a second try and I did. Sorry, not worth the money. The food is bland and over priced. Took my wife for a second (technically 3rd) opinion and she disagree as well. She didn’t finish her food. Almost $15 for a bagel with sausage, egg and hash brown that is just pretty much frozen food microwaved. For that price, you would expect something a little more gourmet… Don’t get me started on the desserts.
