Serves meat, vegan options available. Seasonal opening only. Menu has some vegetarian; Friday night vegetarian buffet. Located on a farm with sheep, donkeys, and alpacas. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-5:00pm.
Boo! Drove all the way out here but the only vegan item (except for pita chips at the cafe) were some BOMB vegan chocolate chip cookies at the gift shop! Also…. The animals there don’t look very happy😒
In addition to their Caribbean night buffet, which has a lot of vegetarian and vegan sides but is a little short on mains, they also have a lot of options for buying farm-direct produce. They have a cute store that carries vegetables, plants, snacks, almond milk, and specialty items (great selection of wild rices and some hard-to-find seasonings). The store even carries a vegan/gf peanut butter brownie!
They have an annual produce CSA program (it fills up fast) and farm members can participate in pick-your-own programs.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely consider a membership; higher level memberships come with some complimentary buffet tickets and other perks.
Terrific broad menu with fresh ingredients. Generous serving sizes. All delicious A few quirks such as food not arriving at the same time, lack of serving ware, and unevenly heated food did not detract from our enjoyable experience. Nice gift shop and health food store. Farm entrance fee was very expensive, so we were able to venture into the farm, but it was a beautiful setting and worth the side trip! Would love to go back to one of their Wednesday or Friday vegetarian/Jamaican dinner nights!
