Expanding vegan options

This is one of my favorite places in Falmouth, which is generally not super about catering to vegans or even vegetarians. Chappy Grill has a few vegan pasta options, both an Impossible burger and a black bean veggie burger (I think it’s Gardien but not positive), salads, fries, vegan cheese for pizza, and sometimes vegan or veganizable apps. The people are really nice and there’s a little bit of outdoor seating available, too. It might seem like a very simple menu but honestly the things they make are really good, especially for not being the most elaborate options. Vegan options are relatively new on the menu so they seem open to expanding their repertoire!
