Build your own tacos - Edit
Condado Tacos is a pretty.high quality taco restaurant. They have a few vegan protein options including the delicious Thai chili tofu, and veggie chorizo. They unfortunately don't have a vegan cheese though, but the build your own tacos are good without it! At this location they don't have any vegan tacos already on the menu, but the vegetarian ones are easy to convert, and you can always build your own. Also great margaritas and guacomole

I have loved this place for years the tacos and bowls r both really good and I always get really good service. Staff is super knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

Solid tacos with lots of options - Edit
While there was only one pre-designed vegan taco, there were lots of vegan options for building your own taco. They also work with you to customize any other menu tacos to be vegan.
Read moreThe guacamole is weirdly smooth (but I also experienced this in Illinois recently so maybe it's a northern/regional thing?) We got the seasonal guacamole and the flavor combination was good but I didn't love the too-smooth texture.
Also I personally really love corn tortillas so I definitely noticed they were missing from the menu. But the flour and crispy corn were good.
At about $5-6 per taco, I found it decently affordable for a meal of 2-3 tacos.
Pros: As many non meat options as meat, Very well labeled menu
Cons: Only 1 vegan taco on the menu, No soft corn tortillas

Don’t get what I order - Edit
I always get a piece of meat with my vegetarian tacos. They also put hot sauce on a child’s taco that didn’t order hot sauce. (They did remake it-but it was a to go order, so had to drive back.)

It is great in many ways. Good food, friendly service. You can make your own tacos but only one vegan taco on menu. Still, it's good. Been here a few times now.
