American food with at least one vegan option at all times

This chain serves American style food. They always have one vegan entree on the menu that rotates, and often an app or small plate as well. The vegan open faced burger they had for a long time was very tasty. When I returned recently, this was replaced by a bowl with rice, beans, and plantains which was also pretty tasty. They also don't upcharge the vegan options which is great, making them much more reasonable.

Plenty of options that are labeled as vegan or can ask to sub items to be vegan

Goood food, staff, ambiance and vegan options
