Went to Nero instead - Edit
None of the food was labelled, so no allergen or dietary requirement information available. When asked the person serving couldn't help and just said they must have forgotten the labelling but couldn't help. So we ended up going elsewhere where we could get food that we knew was vegan /dairy free.

Limited options but great coffee and cake - Edit
Only one vegan option (I did visit fairly late on in the day) but the carrot cake was lovely. Great oat flat white too-yummy

Great Oat Milk Latte - Edit
We ordered two oat milk lattes. Usually we stay with just Starbucks as we know we will get a good oat milk coffee every time but are glad that we we tried here. Little choice in vegan food unfortunately. I think they only had a fruit flapjack available. We will definitely be coming back for a coffee.

Cons: Not much vegan food choice

Great food and drink, not so great otherwise - Edit
I really want to give this place a better rating as the toasted hummus, capers & veg sandwich, hot chocolate and vegan cakes I had were really nice. However the woman who served me was very brisk and quite rude, the veg options for food are fairly limited (loads of meat/fish sandwiches while most of the veg stuff was sold out) and they kept the front door wide open for "COVID reasons" making the whole place freezing cold (seemed pretty over the top since the social distancing was good). Obviously they had heaters right over the door too so not exactly ecological.

Pros: Delicious sandwiches & cakes, Spacious and comfortable seating, Dog friendly
Cons: Far too many meat sandwiches, Rude staff at the counter, Cold due to door being left wide open

Good for coffee and cake. Not so good for lunch - Edit
Some nice vegan cakes and a nice ambience. Unfortunately only 1 vegan option for savoury. Although it was a very nice Hommous and tomato toastie. Also charging extra for dairy free milk is a heinous crime!

good coffee, good prices - Edit
Coffees tasty and far better than those from larger chains nearby for a decent price. Vegan pastries looked really good and staff were all lovely. Would just be nice if they didn’t charge 50p extra for non-dairy milks!
