Good portion sizes but bad cooks

Let me get my cousin's food out the way since i was with her. she a FL and Miami native but we both come from Jamaican families. American Sweet potatoes instead of Jamaican, yellow sweet potatoes, ackee ( an abundance of it grow natively in that area) and salt-fish was okay. Rice and peas overcooked.

For me, Veggie Fish Sticks are more battered vegan fish in soup, overcooked rice and peas, and the okra and calloo was tough, like under-cooked tough. And i was nearly late for my flight too but I ordered a lot so that part was my fault.

Pros: Menu options, large portions, Variety drinks

Cons: undercooked food, overcooked food, No jamaicans

Excellent food, but pricey. Food can be spicy, just say hold the pepper.

Small but clean. You will never be disappointed with the food. #Veganuary

Pros: Fresh, Always delicious

Cons: Sometimes a long wait

Ok food, poor service.

Food was fair. I ordered the tofu and vegetables with rice and peas. The rice is rice and beans, not peas. It tasted a little weird so I left it. The tofu was fried and the vegetables were ok, nothing fancy. The service though was pretty lousy. We walked in and there were no customers. I went to take a menu and sit down and was told to not take a menu but someone would bring us menus. They had a tv SO loud I could not hear my friend. The waitress had a chip on her shoulder.

Cons: Service

I love the food here.
I eat it every time I’m in the city.
Tastes so good.
A must try hidden treasure.

Great food.

small cozy restaurant in Miramar. Vegan menu has mockup meat and seafood. the Ackee and salmon was amazing. The Ital however was too spicy. The wait is long. I don't know if it's different if you dine in.

Pros: Vegan Carribbean food

Cons: The wait.

The best Vegan options in S.FL

All of the vegan options here are delicious and made extremely fresh. All orders are cooked to order and served steaming hot. They always have a daily vegan soup and vegan baked goods ( banana bread, carrot cake). Perfect for those in transition too as they have amazing mock “meats”. Vegan shrimp, chicken, fish and beef as well as chickpeas butter beans and other plant based options.
