Some Vegan Options - Edit
Fancy restaurant. Some vegan options. Prices are good. We asked for "cocolá" as a starter and K2 and K4 (vegan) as main courses. Staff speak very good English. Overall experience was ok.

Sehr klar gestaltete Karte, die es leicht macht, vegan zu bestellen. Es gibt einige Auswahl. Die Ravioli zur Vorspeise waren super lecker.

A good option in Essen - Edit
If you're in Essen there are many restaurants to choose from, and this is a good candidate if you want Vietnamese food. There are vegetarian and vegan options, but it's also good if you're with friends who aren't veggie or vegan.
