Vegetarian food truck company turned brick & mortar with several outlets throughout the Boston Metro Area. Serves burgers, sandwiches, vegetable platters, fries, daily soup, hot & cold beverages and more. Menu changes by the minute to keep up with daily available produce from farms in New England. For this reason, there is no set or static menu. Most dishes can be made vegan upon request. Open Mon-Sat 7:00am-8:00pm, Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

Always delicious, with some unique foods - Edit
I had their Japanese Sweet Potato platter, which came with slaw, and two side salads: chickpea, eggplant, & roasted red pepper, and one with farro, capers, and dill. Served on the side was a warm, fluffy pita. The slices of sweet potato were lightly crisped on the outside and creamy on the inside. For a drink, I got pawpaw soda. I’ve always heard of pawpaws, but had never tried them until today!

Great stop In for lunch - Edit
Great vegan options. I had the gazpacho and BBQ seitan sandwich, delicious! The best gazpacho I have had in the US and served as a drink, which is the traditional method. This place truly honors the quality and flavors of their food!

Vegan options - Edit
I ordered the Chicpea Fritter sandwich, the only sandwich that is always vegan. It was good. I'm told other sandwiches can be made vegan. I also had the Hearty Vegetable Stew, which was indeed hearty - a little too chunky and solid for my taste.Service is helpful and friendly. The space is huge, with outdoor seating as well.

Everything is Vegetarian and most can be made vegan. Got the seitan bbq pita and it was good but wish I got more bbq sauce and wish the seitan was chewier. Love that everything can be compostable!
