A la carte as well as buffet. Mostly Laotian, Thai, and Chinese food. Some items are spicy. One dish with rice costs around 60 baht. Free water on the tables. Maybe affiliated with Vegie Hut vegetarian restaurant in Vientiane, Lao. Directions: coming from Anamai, walk down a few metres and veer right into a side-soi, then it's right near the corner (large yellow signs in English and Thai provide directions from the Soi Anamai 23 street sign). NOTE: there are two vegetarian restaurants in the vicinity - please confirm whether HappyCow has the correct details. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-7:00pm, Sun 7:00am-7:00pm.

Open late - Edit
Being open until 7pm, you can go here in the late afternoon and they still have some decent food in the buffet. It’s a bit hit-and-miss, but mostly what I ate here was good.

Not Fancy, Nice Food - Edit
We've had eat-in and takeaway, and this ‘Jay’ (เจ) restaurant's clearly a popular venue with locals, serving traditional dishes in vegan-friendly form at an honest price. Would happily give 5 stars if a little fancier.

Both a la carte and buffet dining - Edit
The buffet did not have many dishes, but they tasted decent, although the a la carte menu is huge. The restaurant provides good value for money.

Edible - Edit
The food is edible, although nothing special. The restaurant is dingy and the service pretty bad, but if you don't have other options it's all right.

friendly staff and nice food - Edit
I feel like this place probably suffers from being right around the corner from a much bigger and more popular vegan restaurant. While I must admit I was most of the time seduced by the neighboring restaurant, I did really enjoy the few meals I had here. Buffet choices are very limited (although tasty) but they have a fairly elaborate menu to order from if you don't mind waiting. Staff is very friendly.
