Serves meat, vegan options available. Bakery offering vegan blackberry mazurkas, granola bars, salads, and more. Also serves soy and almond milk for coffee. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-3:00pm.
The Cinnamon Twisp Bakery is a warm, cozy space with super sweet people. If it's not too busy, it's a nice place to plug in your computer and chill out for a minute. These days, it's often crazy busy at times so you might want to just wait in line and run for it. They have really cool cards by local artists that are worth checking out. Basically, it is hit or miss on the food, one of the grain salads is vegan, maybe the soup but it depends what day of the week it is. There are a couple of very sugary bars that are vegan suitable but maybe only one without honey. If you can split one with your friend I recommend it because it will blast you off to the moon. Many of the breads have egg glaze which is not always listed so keep your eyes open and ask. The garlic bagel can be toasted and or made into a modified sandwich with hummus. The granola is tasty, check the rack by the doors for day old bread, too. If you are not sensitive to gluten or sugar this place can set you up for your day with the most beautiful smiles and good vibes. It can feel a little bit pricey but no one is getting rich in here, it's an honest hardworking establishment and we are so lucky to have this business as a pillar of the community.

Pros: Beautiful, kind people, At least you stand a chance of obtaining calories, Lovely space to chill in when it's not busy
Cons: Kind of too intense with sugar and gluten, Only moderately serious about coffee by WA standar, Watch out for egg glaze
