Vegan treats in Winthrop Harbor!

My parents went in to grab a few take-out Omni dinners, and I inquired about vegan options. The owner was currently offering vegan brownies and chocolate cupcakes, and told us that she was looking into adding vegan dinner options. The cupcakes were moist and dense, not overly sweet, but very chocolate-y! I think the more vegans request items, the more she’ll be happy to offer. Vegetarians would have their pick of the bakery case, which also had scones, pies, bars, and more.
