Menu is misleading, terrible customer service

Their online menu has a vegetarian section with a few options that come with cheese. We ordered a burrito and a chimichanga for pickup over the phone. I asked for no cheese when ordering and asked if a dessert option was vegan. To be fair, I didn't specify the whole order was vegan over the phone, but I was adamant about there being no cheese.

I was not confident about the order as the waitress on the phone seemed confused, so I asked again if everything was vegan when we got there. She said "Oh, you didn't tell me no dairy, we put sour cream on the salad." I explained that I wouldn't eat that and couldn't pay for the food. The waitress - who I later learned was the manager - refused to have the order remade and said it would come out of her paycheck if I didn't pay for the food, and kept saying that it was my fault the order was wrong because I didn't specify no dairy. The online menu does not say their plates come with sour cream.

I'm poor and tbh I rarely eat out. Initially we paid for the food and just walked out with nothing. It was almost $50. I was really upset and we wound up turning around and going back. I asked again if there was any way we could resolve this. The manager disappeared for a long time and came back with a very different attitude, saying she'd spoke to the owner and was sorry for the misunderstanding, and that they were remaking our food right now without dairy. We eventually left with our food, but the order was still incorrect (we got two burritos instead of one chimichanga, which is priced a few dollars higher). I was pretty sure there was spit in my food as well.

I've never been treated like this by waitstaff or had staff try to get me to pay for something that wasn't correct. I'd recommend avoiding this spot, or at least be totally sure to specify vegan when ordering.
