extensive vegan menu - Edit
the entire menu is divided in sections (veg & non veg) and then the last page is their fully vegan menu. i love that there were numerous bread options. at most of the indian restaurants i’ve been to there are no vegan bread options, and if there is, its not labeled vegan / doesn’t come vegan as is.
Read morei ordered my dal tadka mild and there was no spice at all. i like a little bit of spice but i’d rather it be not spicy at all instead of too spicy. i got it with the roti and everything was fresh and delicious. the dal tadka had a hint of sweetness which was different but good.
the atmosphere was nice too and the restaurant was clean.

Read moreI absolutely loved the food here. There is a dedicated vegan menu. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about veganism. Everything is served in beautiful metal dishes. Definitely the best samosa I've ever had, and their chutney was so fresh.
However, we went around 7 on a weeknight and they were blasting electronic dance music so loudly we could barely hear each other talk. There's two large TV screens where the staff was playing YouTube videos (with ads) all night. It definitely clashes with their beautifully set tables and the quality of their food. Imo, come for the food, not a date night.
