Super good food at One Punggol

Super delicious vegan food at Punggol One hawker 2nd floor. Indonesian cooking style with super spicy chilli for gado gado dipping 😋

Mee Soto - flavourful

Open at around 10plus and not 11am. Quite a lot of varieties of food. Very big portion of Mee Soto given. I change it to bee Hoon.

Indonesian dishes

Tried Nasi Padang and Gado Gado. Both have amazing sauce, but the veggies (cabbage and string bean) are cooked rather tough. The most delicious thing is the curry that looks like rendang but is not that spicy.

Sambal is very spicy and is put on the tofu in nasi padang if you didn't ask for it off. If you aren't sure of your ability to handle it, remember to ask for it to be left off or on the side

Nasi Kuning is taped out on the menu on a Sunday lunchtime.

Pros: Very tasty, Good portion

Cons: Veggies a bit tough, Only 2 small tempeh pieces in Gado Gado, Nasi Kuning not available everyday

Spicy Indonesian Food

Expect real spicy Indonesian cuisine. Especially from the green & red side chili / sambal. Good taste. The plain rice was a bit hard and dry. Clean food stall. Non spicy options : Mee Soto , Tahu Goreng & Gado Gado.

Updated from previous review on 2022-11-24

Pros: Authentic , Fast, Friendly

Cons: Quite pricey for non air con food court

Decent Indonesian food

Dishes are pretty decent. Sambal is superb spicy!

I like their bihun mee soto. Quite flavourable. Satay made of mock mutton and comes with sauce, ketupat and cucumber.

Nasi padang was pretty okay until I accidentally bite onto the green sambal on top of the rice that send me 😭

Different day sells differ menu so not all of the items on the menu is available everyday.

Please bring your own container for takeaway. Otherwise 30 cents are chargable.

Wow! A Indonesia Cuisine Vegetarian Hawker Centre Stall

The stall name sounds like the typical Chinese Vegetarian Stall which serves traditional Chinese vegetarian food. You will be surprised, it isn't. Is serving Indonesian food and plant-based. Nice....

No Gado Gado on the day I went, go for Lontong then ($4). Will come to try the other Indonesian dishes.

This stall is this new Hawker Center is located within walking distance from Punggol MRT. And is diagonally opposite the famous Fo Guan Shan (佛光山).
