Friendly lady - Edit
Standard local Vietnamese vegan restaurant. Choose your veggies and mock meats from the pre cooked foods. Run by a sweet old lady. She even gave me a free banana and a free watery soup. No English spoken and no menu in English. The location is right in the middle of a hustling street market. My take away vegan food was only 20.000 Dong.
