Cheap soup

Friendly. Cheap. Delicious. What more could you want? A couple of metal tables and plastic chairs on the pavement outside to eat your 100% vegan food. The owner only has a noodle soup thingy. It cost me 22.000 Dong. It's located down a quiet side street. No English spoken and no menu in English.
