Veggie Forward - Edit
I like that the dishes at Chihuahuas feature fresh veggies and offer lots of color. The veggie tacos could use something spicy to bring them to life, like salsa. The vibe inside can be odd with music playing from various styles and decades, and the frozen drink machines weren't working when we came in so we couldn't take advantage of the Happy Hour specials. Not sure if it's a chain or local by the interior. I'd love to see vegan dessert options

Helpful staff, Quick service - Edit
My mother was craving a taco salad, so I gave this place a try. She was hospitalized so I got the order to go. For myself, I ordered the vegetarian burrito. From the description, it sounded vegan. The employee confirmed it was but added "vegan" to the order to make sure the cooks didn't add anything. Mom loved the salad and the burrito was great: rice, black beans, avocado, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli.
