Fancy bubble tea - Edit
All of the tea leaves used in these bubble tea drinks are grown at high altitudes in Taiwan. They take great pride in their teas, and they use these industrial, espresso-style machines to brew them, resulting in temperature-controlled, consistent results for every order. You can pick a type of tea (e.g., green, oolong, black) you want as the base, any flavorings of your choosing, and toppings (either tapioca bubbles or konjac bubbles). You can also sample one of five oolong teas at the tea bar near the window while you wait for your drink order. Don’t miss the third floor greenhouse (although you’re not allowed to bring any drinks inside) while you’re there. They also carry many tea-related gifts on the first floor. Oddly enough, they don’t have any balcony seating on the second or third floors, but there is a bench outside on the first floor just past the restrooms.
