Potential for a lot more

This is a Peruvian place that I have visited on two occasions. The first time round I was reasonably pleased, as I ordered a ceviche, which I was told wasn't actually a main course. I found it nice but not exactly filling, but then again I had been warned. My second visit took place just a few weeks ago, and I finally got to try their only real main course. Tasty and quite unique, no doubt, but certainly not worth the money, as the portion is scarce to say the least. It could easily be amended by doubling the amount of rice, which would entail a minimun increase in the cost of production. Also, it doesn't help that, while not actually a cashless place (cash-free, you say? Gimme a break!), in both instances they happened not to have change to give back. This seemed like an underhanded way of getting tips.. and I'm fine with tipping, though not by force. So yeah, telling it like it is would be preferable.
All in all, given the limited vegan options and lack of value for one's money, Checa will have to step up and make a few improvements if they are to remain on HappyCow at all. Surely the potential for better things is there.
