Delicious and friendly - Edit
Lovely authentic place with great food and the owner is very lovely and welcoming. She also speaks good English. It's not posh and flashy but it's exactly what we're after.

Small eatery offering a small menu of pho, bun rieu and ban Cuon- plus some smaller snack dishes. Lots of sides to customise each bite- chillies, kumquat and chilli sauces.
