Charlie Fridays is open and vegan friendly! - Edit
Lovely place with delicious vegan options. We had the spicy Buddha bowls with sweetcorn fritter and they were great. Would be 5 stars, but as not vegetarian/vegan place, HC limits the score to 4!

FRIENDLY STAFF NICE LUNCH - Edit
We stopped here for lunch whilst visiting the area in June, for a small town there were quite few places offering at least one vegan option but most were fairly basic. Charlie Fridays offered a Buddha bowl and had a licence which was a bonus on a hot summer day. The food was freshly prepared, totally delicious and a generous portion. The staff were friendly and happy to explain any vegan options on the menu and an extra bonus they are dog friendly. The perfect combination for us and we would happily visit again if in the area.

Loved the decor, atmosphere, and food options. The staff were really lovely. The food was inventive, thoughtful, and cooked at a very high standard. In a lovely location. Well worth a visit!

Bad milkshakes - Edit
Milkshakes are marked as having a vegan option but the vegan option does not contain any ice cream or cream. Very disappointing as the milkshake was just flavoured milk and very expensive. Also no vegan cakes were available when we visited.

Chrlie Friday's in Lynton, Devon, is an amazing place - relaxed and boho kind of vibe. The menu includes vegan food, which is wonderful and worth a visit. You will not be disappointed - and they cater for any meat eating pals in your party.

Loved this super colourful and very friendly cafe. Relaxed atmosphere inside with a good choice of vegan options or veggie that could be made vegan. Very tasty food and just the right amount to allow for some delicious date cake afterwards. Good choice of drinks as well, matcha chai latte was really good! Will be back.

A funky vegan haven in north Devon! - Edit
Not entirely vegan but so many options in a sea of traditional pasty and tuna mayo sandwich tea rooms it didn’t matter at all! Delicious quiche, yum matcha chai and very good value for money. Such a vibrant place...so colourful and quirky, I’d love the owner to come and decorate my house!! ❤️❤️❤️ it :) very friendly staff - highly recommended...

This place is absolutely lovely. So dainty, colourful and cheerful, so much individual effort has gone into it. Beautiful mirrors everywhere and sofas/ comfy chairs..not to mention all the vegan options, savory and sweet.

Was surprised to come across delicious and very creative food at this cozy cafe. Vegan quiche and soya-mince bolognese pie were among the offerings, and delicious cakes!
